I called them this morning and was dismissed by them to call the power company and that they had no one in my area today. She wouldn't listen to me that it was a bad braker and not my power. I have power on in other parts of my house. She was very nice and wouldn't give me an appt kept pushing me off to call power company. So I just said thank you and hung up...poor customer service. It is the braker as after many trys the lights came back on..so, if it goes again, I won't be calling these people! Not very nice to me on phone today...listen to your customers, we aren't idiots like you tried to make me out to be today!
