SAKER SHOULD BE ASHAMED The store itself and big beautiful. But the Mangement POOREST I've ever seen and I've worked in customer service for 25years.
We were shopping for only the 1st time at this Shoprite location 3 weeks ago and my son & husband needed to use the bathroom. We did not know the location and nice young man told them where to go. Well that one was out of order and located a 2nd one. At that time for some reason only the womens was open and they saw another man go into the womans bathroom. Which they were not going to do. They found a mangager Michael Sherrier who was very rude and deaming to them & did not care about that there was not a working bathroom in such a large store with so many patrons. We know the store has video of this, and that when I confronted him, to get his name after my son and husband explained this. He was talking about them to another manager in the middle of an isle. I wanted to get a picture of their name tags only so I could make a complaint. They both refused and raised their hands to me. Again all on video I am sure and I was able to take a few pictures on my phone as well. Though we contacted the main customer service # 1-800- SHOPRITE the girl was nice and took our complaint BUT THE OWNERS NEVER EVER REACHED OUT TO US!! I also saw another manager in the store a young man, I went to confront him and he was so scared and said to me he's my boss and ran. Hmmmmm why is this young man so scared of this Michael Sherrier? He must treat the employess the same as the customers. SAKER SHOPRITE Needs better customer relations in and out of the Store.
