We made an appointment for someone to come between 6-8 PM. After confirming the day prior, we got a call at 5:56 to cancel the appointment because someone was sick. OK, I'm sure you knew beforehand someone was sick, yet you waited until 4 minutes before our appointment to tell us. Whatever, we'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
We rescheduled the following week for 8-10 PM. We got another call to confirm our appointment, which we did. Then, NO ONE SHOWED UP. We waited until 11 PM, but after this, we gave up on the company. Now, they are harassing us and calling us frequently to reschedule. No thank you? We don't work with unprofessionals. Please take us off your list!!!!
