They are not very responsive, I bought a massage on groupon and they won't honor it- as they've been "trying to have groupon remove their business from groupon's website". And, the owner lied and said they've only been in business for about a month- meanwhile I was corresponding with that person 3 months ago trying to get a massage. Just avoid the headache and go somewhere else!
