Called Tom when my sewer backed up. He told me he would come and look at it. (For Free!!) No Charge!! He came and spent over 30 minutes looking. Laying on the ground in the middle of the street looking through the small holes in the manhole covers to determine what was wrong. He recommended a part that he didn't have and would drop it off in a couple days. For Free!! I was astounded at his good will and intention. I tried to give him money and he refused!! A few days later I came home and he came and already installed the part. If only all contractors were like Tom.!!
