Yanira Method

I had a session with Yanira a few weeks ago and left feeling so empowered and encouraged and refreshed! Her heart, voice and desire to help others become the best version of themselves is truly a gift. Her practice helped me re ground myself in my energy and goals and to see my true strengths. Her practice is gentle and encouraging. Through the session with her, I was reminded of how capable I am. She helped me change my way of thinking so that I could forgive past hurts and address fear when it showed up instead of letting it take control. Other than being a magnificent kind human being and beautiful person, Yanira is a wonderful holistic practitioner that I would recommend for anyone who feels stuck, ungrounded or unbalanced.

What she is doing is amazing! Had serious issues and she was able to be pinpoint the reason. She shined the light on me to see exactly what was happening. She was able to look into past lives to see the karmic debt I now able to confront and change things in the presence. I now feel relieved and more at peace with my life. Griselda
