The UPS Store

ABSOLUTELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & RELIABLE DELIVERIES I live around 10 minutes of from this UPS store which I have been using for the last 10 years. The owner is always so personable and always find a way to help - even if the package is not a UPS package. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to find the best way to get/receive my packages. As I was searching to get the number for the store online, I came upon some reviews that were so negative and I am very convinced that it must be some other store but DEFINITELY NOT this store. The owner is always very personable, whether on the phone when I call to enquire about a package or a service. He is very efficient in delivering copies, faxes, wrapping packages and suggesting various prices for various delivery times and most importantly very helpful when I have had issues with my package that might not have been delivered. There are some business places that I have been to and I swear that I will never go back. This is not one of them. I have been using the services at the store for over 10 years and even my family members have used it even for signing documents, as the owner is a notary public as well. When you walk into the store, you will always be greeted and treated with patience and respect ! High marks and A+ ratings from me.
