I called and spoke to Brian at Tars and Stripes on Friday April 6, 2018. We set an appointment for Monday April 9, 2018. By 5:00pm, Brian No showed for the estimate. We then called Tars and Stripes again on Tuesday to reset a meeting with Brian and, he claimed, he lost our paperwork and he agreed to come out on Wednesday. By close of business on Wednesday April 11, 2018 we still had not heard anything from Brian. Now today, Thursday I call Tars and Stripes again to see what did he observe? What was his recommendations? What was his estimate for work? Brian of Tars and Stripes claimed he came out but he doesn’t have an estimate because he does not know what we want done. Keep in mind we are a Medical/Dental office and we only schedule him during our working hours. Wouldn’t you think to knock on the door? Ring the bell? Or simply come in and say “Hi. I’m Brian from Tars and Stripes”. Do you have a minute to go over what you want an estimate on? The bottom line when I asked him these same questions. He claimed that we was busy. Then, why waste both of our time? That could have been said from the very beginning. So please take my advice and simply CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
