Dr. Jaffari was extremely wonderful to both myself and my wife. I have been using another hearing device that was causing me so many problems. My wife is very ill with cancer and the lack of my hearing was causing a problem for both of us. By the time my explanation was over as to why I was with the appointment with my wife, Dr. Jaffari told us his aim was to give us both comfort and relief. The doctor took his time, giving me several hearing tests. He explained to me what the problem was with my old aids after he examined them, then he put on a set of sample aids to see if I could see a difference, which I most certainly did. Dr. Jaffari spent a lot of time with us, being very patient and knowledgeable. After this amazing experience , I would recommend Dr. Jaffari to anyone who wants to see a person who is knowledge, patient, and kind. I can wish I could rate my experience higher then 5 stars !!!!!!
