From living in the area, walking and biking through college area, and going to the same restaurants and shops as the students, I would say the students are professional and behave responsibly which is an impressive sight.
Part of the reason for the insane growth is the exemplary student population, and second is that the surrounding area is conducive for growth.
The area around the college is very clean, well kept and appears like new.
