I came for yearly FREE full body checkup. The visit was free but when it came to get the blood report after a week, they are charging us as a visit. That is insane. Its like giving an exam is for free and to get the results you have to pay or else no results. Then whats the use of the exam? The front desk was also extremely rude on call. Rather than understanding the problem, she was just putting forth her view and warning us to send it to collection. When I asked if i can talk to the doctor regarding the same, I was said she cannot. What kind of patient service is this where a patient cannot talk their concerns to the doctor? I am paying the doctor so why cannot I talk to the person whom I am paying? Patient service is not just treating the patient, rather it is understanding them also.
