We were looking for a certain hamster but they only had two available and we were racing three other families for the hamster we wanted. We went to the cashier first to have first dibs but a sales associate went to another family before us, which wasn't fair but how would they have known? In the end we did get the hamster we wanted and the staff were super nice and helpful.
