I am clearly not a dentist, endodontist or oral surgeon and I called asked for information regarding getting a procedure done. The first person I spoke to was very nice and pleasant but did not have the answers I needed and so gave me to someone with presumably more experience. This second person got on the phone and was immediately curt and snippy while getting information about my questions and once she realized they could not help me was clearly uninterested in staying on the phone as I asked further questions and for a potential referral. I am glad they werent able to help me because even if they offered all the services I needed I would rather be in pain then go to this office after speaking to that woman on the phone.
