Horrible Service..I set up an appointment to have my solarium repaired and explained that I am coming down to Asbury from Westchester NY just to meet them. I waited at my house for 3 hours and they never showed. I called them up to see what happened and Bonnie said the guy did not show up to work. Do you think you should have called to notify his customers that he would not be showing up. Anyway, I rescheduled and called the day before and the day of my appointment to make sure the guy would show up. I drove down 3 hours and waited, he never showed again. Bonnie called on Monday wondering how the sevice was and I explained to her he never showed and I would be using some other company for any of my glass work from now on.
