Metro Last Mile Transport

Horrible experience. They were supposed to deliver a sofa on Friday between 11-3, so we took a day off and waited for them. They never showed up. I kept calling and asking for an update and they kept lying that it would be delivered. It was not. Ended up rescheduling for Sunday 10-2pm, again, spent the entire day at home - no sofa and their customer service was closed. UPDATE: we ended up receiving the sofa with a 3 hour delay and no communication from the company.
