An absolute poor excuse for an auction facility, zero concern for people’s time and money. It’s perfectly acceptable for them to treat people as sub human, yet they DEMAND to be treated like the queen of England. Facilities like this need an immediate adjustment in management, operational practices, and attitude. Will no longer purchase from this specific location and will make sure all my customers are made aware of its standing on the matter. If anyone would like more proof of this facilities misdoings please contact me in regard to how your vehicles and employees will be treated by this auction. Cox automotive should ashamed to have their reputation tarnished by this auction, its employees, and its sub contracted security force.
