While the doc is good, HIS SECRETARIES ARE RUDE AND HORRIBLE!!!! Here's my story: I called to make an appointment when I was VERY sick. The secretary said that since I hadn't seen the doc in 3 years I was now considered a new patient and would have to wait 5 weeks to see him! I already had seen him before but they considered me a new patient because "I hadn't been there in 3 years." I then said well I'm extremely ill and having numerous health problems, is there anyway to see him....Their response: NOPE SORRY. I then asked if there are any other doctors in the area who they recommend I go to, their response: NOPE DON'T KNOW ANY OTHER DOCS! I also have another negative story about their receptionsists involving a family member of mine where they wouldn't schedule his visist on a saturday unless it was 8am (he works far away M-F and could only see the doc on a saturday after 9am) even though they had no other appointments for that day. To summarize: Their secretaries/receptionists who answer the phone and schedule appointments are extremely rude,non professional, and are a detriment to the medical community and citizen's health.
