Terrible customer service skills. Booked me for an appointment today at 2:15. Drove 40 minutes out of my way for one of the staff members to call me to let me know this dr doesn’t accept new patients at that time. The staff told me they are sorry but the call center is new and I have to be patient with them. What a joke!
