I had a material return picked-up by their driver and never issued refund. The man at the counter had the worst attitude when I went in to check and said I am here to check on the refund. He yelled at me that he had nothing to do with me except for taking just one order. Looks like they work on specific accounts and they get annoyed if they are forced to work on orders taken by someone else. I decided to forgo the refund rather than dealing with their attitude again.
