This is the best Yoga studio around! The teachers are so well trained ( thank you Cathy!) and are all in the same page teaching good placement and mechanics. With a terrific variety of classes you will be happily satisfied while you gain strength, flexibility and a sense of focus and calm. All the teachers rock and I cannot say enough!
