Dr. Femino is amazing. His staff is poor. They had my address wrong the entire time I was seeing Dr. Femino. The hospital had it correct, the therapy outfit had it correct. His people did not. This led to them sending the final invoice to collection and refusing to see me for my year follow-up until my "delinquent invoice" was paid. All this over $500, after being paid $55K, I was refused treatment due to incompetence and arrogance on the part of his staff. I will see Dr. Femino again because he is excellent but I have already placed a billing practices complaint with the NJ AG.
