I went to Dr Alb a year ago to have my wisdom teeth pulled I thought the staff and dr were very nice . I recently tried to make an appointment to come back for a routine exam and was put on hold for a long period and then was told they'd call me back to see if they could except my insurance after following up 4 times here I am 2 months later with no call! I completely gave up and decided to go with a new dentist which is why I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, upon my surprise when I went for an exam the dentist took X-rays and realized Dr Alb didn't get all of the tooth out half of the root was still stuck in my gums. I'm writing this review because customer satisfaction is everything now a days and had he not rushed pulling my wisdom tooth none of this would have happened it's safe to say I will never go back there after waiting 2 months for a call back when I know they take my insurance because you were listed in dentist under my plan, and also having half my wisdom tooth still left in my gums!
