9 times out of 10 they got my orders exactly right, and the orders were delicious & well-made. There was a recent hiccup where I didn’t get an order, but later discovered the crew that was on at the time of said order just up and quit & didn’t notify anyone so there was no one on to make & deliver the order. However it got resolved quickly with a refund and when I reordered it was as if nothing bad had happened (in that the order quality & customer service quickly returned to the excellence I’d come to expect of them)
