Had a 10:30am appointment and came in around 10 to fill out the paperwork since they said to come 20 minutes early to get me registered. As I was sitting there everyone that came in after me got taken in before me. Finally around 11am I went up to the desk to see if they forgot about me. The lady told me no and that the girl was running behind. Not even a sorry about that or nothing. Like she didn't care. The time stamped on my ultrasound pics said 11:27am and I wasn't even in the room for 10 minutes. I have never had to wait so long for an appointment in my life. I thought this was completely ridiculous and it was have been nice if someone had come out at some point to tell me they were running behind and apologize. They were able to clear out the waiting room twice before I was even seen. Hopefully I wont ever have to deal with this place again!!!
