Absolutely terrible service to the point one has to wonder if they should be operating as an accounting firm, at all. They couldn't grasp basic deductions such as mileage and commutes to NYC, who and who does not qualify as a dependent, in home office space allowances, and credit card fees. They also only seemed to understand standard brick-and-mortar business models, so they will not work for you if you operate a housekeeping, dogwalking, door-to-door nursing or other such out of office home-based business. I personally went with another smaller accounting firm that charged 80% less than these guys. Not only were they able to secure additional deductions, but they didn't have to ask how exactly one operates a business that provides overnight in-home care. Anyway, if you recieved this accounting firm's information as a referral my advice would be to go with someone else because they'll just end up wasting your time. In closing, my guess is that any rebuttal to this review will somehow throw fault on me and not on their own ineptitude.
